Why use Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®?
As the first crisped rice cereal, Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® has been bringing families together in the kitchen for over 80 years.
To experience the timeless flavor, make your Rice Krispies Treats® squares with the original Rice Krispies® brand cereal.
Where to buy
1. Fold each licorice piece in half and push ends through centers of 12 marshmallows. Set aside.
2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES Gluten Free cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Using 1/2-cup measuring cup coated with cooking spray divide warm cereal mixture into 12 portions. Using buttered hands shape each portion into ornament shape around licorice ends. Cool. Decorate with frosting and M&M'S® brand chocolate candies. Best if served the same day.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Follow step 1 above. In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Stir in cereal. Follow step 3 above.

Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container.
Here in Australia Rice Krispies are called Rice Bubbles.
They are a family favourite and Rice Bubble Treats are often a feature at birthday parties but we have always called them Chocolate Crackles. Birthday parties are simply not complete without them- and the adults love them just as much as the kids!
The best Chocolate Crackles are those made with real chocolate rather than Cadbury Cocoa. A friend invented them by accident but we all adore them.
